The Military Female Soldier With Unwavering Stubbornness Chapter 1

The female in the picture had delicate features and exquisite white skin. Her white shirt further emphasized her skin’s lustrousness.

In the picture, she was kneeling on the ground. She was clutching a rag and was meticulously doing her work…hotel cleaning staff.

She was doing the dirtiest work in any city, yet, she seemed exude an an aura of peace, like a wild strand of grass on a cliff.

Those who knew what the female in the picture experienced could not help but admire her tenacious perseverance and her wisdom which far exceeded normal standards.

However, for the young lady holding the photograph, she hated the female in the picture to the depths of her heart.

Ye Jian, you still want to peacefully continually living? You wish! You still need to see whether I agree to let to or not!

“Give me the phone number for this hotel.” The elegantly dressed young lady’s lips – which were colored red with lipstick- were tightly pressed together. Her eyes were filled with coldness and utter hatred as she stared at the picture.

“Ye Jian! You shouldn’t still be living!” The young lady said in a low voice that contained a dense murderous aura.

For a person who know all of her secrets, even if it was her tangjie she would not let them off!

Right now, she had stolen everything that was supposed to be Ye Jian’s. Her position was good, she was married well, and so, naturally she wanted to play with her cousin a little bit.

She didn’t have an option. If she suddenly played Ye Jian to death, she knew that it would raise the suspicions of her tangjie‘s family.

“Your probation period didn’t meet the requirements. Our hotel has decided to fire you. In three days, grab and your things and leave!”

In her second month of work, 28-year-old Ye Jian was yet again fired.  She was like what she was in the picture – she carried a calm yet tough aura. Her back was still straight as she stood in front of the manager in the hotel lobby. She didn’t bend her waist because of his words and neither did she become nervous for losing a job. She was accustomed to only be able to hold her job for at most two months. She became more cold, yet her heart had become stronger as well.

Her dark obsidian-like eyes calmly looked at the manager. Ye Jian quietly said: “When will you give me my pay?”

“We are a large company. You think we would fail to pay your 2,000 yen?” Manager Liu looked at her face which was beautiful enough to make men feel itchy within their hearts, and his heart became even more itchy.

10 minutes ago, he had just been scolded by the personnel manager because he had hired a female who had offended a major figure. Her pulled out his drawer at his desk and took out an envelope which he threw to her. Coincidentally, the phone on his desk just began to ring. Manager Liu unhappily received it.

“Manager Liu, I know you are man who pities pretty females. As for that Ye Jian who knew how to seduce her own teacher when she was only 14 years old…I think you know what to do. Relax. As long as you complete your assignment, even if you kill her, it’s fine.

A light and delicate voice came from his phone. When he heard the voice, Manager Liu felt that the speaker was most definitely a beauty.

“Teach her well. If I’m happy, if you want to become the Vice-President of the hotel then all I have to do is say a sentence and you can gain the position.”

She had seduced a man at 10 something years of age! Yet she was still acting like some sort of respectable person! He hung up. He was now even more presumptuous. He really had luck. He ordered people to have the female drink poisoned water. The phone call had come just on time. If he did well, then he could rely on the high-ranking official’s wife!

As the envelope with her wages was thrown on her ground, Ye Jian’s pupils shrunk in anger and her hands both clenched into fists. While Manager Liu was taking to the person over the phone, she bent her waist to pick up the envelope. Just as her fingers brushed over the envelope, she suddenly felt that there was danger!  For her to be able to live peacefully until now was because of her fast reaction to danger and her ability to quickly evade it.

Her body shuddered and Ye Jian couldn’t get up. A feeling of numbness spread through her limbs. Her abdomen felt like there was fire in it and her whole person fell onto the desk.

“Hell! Why are you acting like some respectable person! You seducer! Someone had specifically  ordered me to take care of you. This time, I’d like to see how you’ll escape!”

(E/N: by ‘take care’ he meant erm… *cough**cough*… that)

The poisoned Ye Jian who was currently pressed on the desk didn’t violently struggle. She was more focused on something else – defending herself with a weapon.

She saw the items on the desk clearly. She only needed one glance and could remember clearly where everything was. Those items could all be used as self-defense tools. For example, the black leather pen holder had 7 writing tools: 2 pencils, 3 pens – one of which didn’t have a cap on-, 2 ballpoint pens, and there was even a pair of scissors.

Two buttons on her shirt had been teared off. A pair of dirty hands pulled at her collar… Ye Jian bit down on her lower lip. Even as she began bleeding from her lips, she still didn’t relent.

It hurt, however, she was clear that she wasn’t completely under the control of the poison.

Ye Jian was the type of person who would risk her life, yet she was also the type of person who could be cruel when needed.

The fourteen-year-old her had been framed for seducing her math teacher….Even after all these years, her tangmei who had married into a rich and powerful family had tried all sorts of ways to harm her, she had still survived.

Ye Jian, who hadn’t used any energy to struggle, touched the capless pen and used her strength to viciously stab the other person’s hand. The sharp pen tip stabbed into Manager Liu’s hand. The man was completely caught off guard and cried in pain while quickly releasing his hand.

Ye Jian grabbed the envelope with her wages and didn’t look at that bestial animal before forcing her weak legs to leave.

She hadn’t walked two steps before she was grabbed by Manager Liu.

“You actually dared to hurt me?” Manager Liu was still a male. To take deal with a poisoned woman – even if he was wounded – was still something he could do.

‘Ping!’ Ye Jian’s head was knocked into the desk. A warm liquid flowed out from her head. Manager Liu didn’t seem to notice. He still viciously continued to bang her head against the desk while saying: “I gave you face yet you didn’t take it! I’ll kill you!”

Ye Jian knew that she had lost a lot of blood. Her head had been knocked until it seemed like it was about to crack. Her hand touched the desk. She wanted to grab the pair of scissors in the pencil holder! She looked around and quickly grabbed the scissors in the pencil holder. Ye Jian used the last of her energy to fiercely stab the scissors into Manager Liu’s heart. The sharp scissors accurately pierced his heart.

Ye Jian had once worked in the anatomy room of in a medical school. She was even better than the medical students! She clearly knew the anatomy of the human body. Just stabbing the scissors inside was not yet okay. She still needed to pull it out! Only once she pulled it out would the blood flow out.

Blood had been sprayed all over Ye Jian making her seem as though she had just returned from the depths of Hell. She leaned on the desk and managed to touch the telephone. Her bloody fingers pressed numbers on the telephone – making a phone number.

When the call managed to go through, and a soft voice could be heard, the weak and near-death Ye Jian quietly said: “Ye Ying, wait for me!”
